In the spring
When spring comes, there is some maintenance that you can apply to your patio. First, you can clean the gutters from leaves. Clean your patio area, like the gutter, from some leaves is a good idea. Then, you can check the paint on your patio furniture. If you found the paint is peeling, fix it by repainting your furniture. Realize that your furniture has new color and gains new ambiance to your patio. Observing the electrical lines can be a good suggestion for you. While checking the lines, if you found there are some branches touching them, remove the branches for safety reasons.
In the summer
Your patio still needs to maintain when the summer is coming. You need to go around to check the plumbing for leaks. If you have plastic plumbing, check it periodically because it may be harmed by the temperature of summer. You will need to wash and rinse off the dirt on the patio. Not to mention, if you find your patio full of insects, take care of them by spraying a solution to avoid the insects enter your house.
In the autumn
In the autumn, maintaining your patio may be challenging because you will find some leaves and dirt on your patio. You can clean your patio from the leaves. Sweep your patio floor and wash it if necessary. To ease you maintaining your patio in the autumn, you need to use less decoration on your patio. Since the crowded patio is difficult to clean, remove the decoration stuff that you think need to remove.
In the winter
In the winter, don’t let the icicles grow. The icicles may cause harm for you. Store the furniture into a place safe from icicles.
